One address, read by one person.
There is no contact form on this site, deliberately — a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed, and the privacy page would then have a great deal more to explain. Email goes straight to a mailbox instead.
Especially useful
- Corrections. If a figure looks wrong, or a date, or a claim in one of the articles, please tell us. Include the link with your inputs in it if it is a calculator result — the web address carries the whole scenario, so it can be reproduced exactly.
- Something broken. A page that will not load, a chart that does not draw, a result that changes when it should not. Say which browser and roughly when.
- Explanations that did not land. The articles are written for people starting from nothing, so a paragraph that lost you is a defect worth hearing about.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you financial advice, tell you whether to buy anything, or comment on your personal circumstances — see the terms. We also have nothing to do with any exchange, wallet or account you may hold, and cannot recover funds or access anyone's holdings.
Replies are usually within a few days. This is a site run by one person alongside other work, not a support desk.
